Cormorants, Farne Islands


A couple of cormorants [or shags?], at one of the Farne Islands in the north of England. The islands are crowded with shags, cormorant, puffin, razorbills and gillemot, nesting in the rocks and in the islands themselves. You can a boat trip out to visit them, but in nesting season wear a hat, as the terns will attacks you as you walk around!
